Maumivu ya viungo ni ugonjwa unao wasumbua watu mbali mbali sana siku hizi. 

Maumivu ya mgongo, Kiuno, shingo, mabega miguu na kadhalika limekuwa ni tatizo. Tatizo ambalo si kwa watu wazima peke yake bali hata kwa umri wa vijana.

Tiba ya maumivu ya mgongo
  • Unapokaa katika kiti usipinde mgongo
  • Fanya mazoezi ya kuinama na kugusa vidole vyako vya kiguu mara nyingi
  • Lala chaji nyanyua kichwa chako na mgongo mara 20 na kuendelea
  • Tafuta mtu wako wa karibu akuchue na mafuta ya mzaituni yaliochanganywa na Habbat soda na Limau
  • Pia kunywa maji mengi takriban lita tano kwa siku
  • Kunywa juis ya karrot asubuhi kabla ya kufungua kinywa
  • Saga viazi mbatata pakaa sehemu ya maumivu

B. MAUMIVU YA SHINGO

Kama una maumivu ya shingo fanya hivi;-
Zungusha shingo yako kulia na kushoto kisha chukua juis ya kitunguu swaumu na mafuta ya mnyonyo kisha jichue.

C. MAUMIVU YA MIKONO
  • Nyoosha na kukunja kisha nyoosha tena mara nyingi
  • Chukua mzigo wenye uzito wa kilo tatu. Nyanyua na kuweka chini mara sita
  • Chukua mafuta ya mchaichai changanya na mafuta ya limau kisha chua sehemu ya maumivu
D. MAUMIVU YA MIGUU
  • Simama kisha kaa chini, au simama na kuchuchumaa fanya hivyo mara 20
  • Mwaga mafuta ya mzaituni chini ya sakafu kisha yakanyage. Fanya hivyo kila jioni kwa muda siku 5
